We are looking for a Network Trainer to join our team located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Responsibilities:
The Trainer will be responsible for taking a batch of field Technician- Network and Storage which includes Hardware essentials, Network essentials, Windows 7/10 Essentials, Windows server, Linux Server, IT security fundamentals and concepts of ITIL v3.
Deliver the content of the structured program in an effective manner according to the lesson plans provided
Overall responsibility of Network and storage training.
Keep a track of progress of the learners and submit timely information to the management when requested from time to time.
Putting in place measurement metrics for measuring the performance of the trainees.
Developing questions for the purpose of Assignments, Practice Questions, and Test Papers etc.
Complete documentation of program and ensuring the all assessment and training quality.
Preparing lesion planes related to technical program.
Performing any other duties as and when assigned by your Program Manager Functional Head.
Skills:
Experienced and certified trainer for Networking and Storage course.
Enthusiastic and dedicated towards work.
The candidate who has the teaching experience will be preferred.
Posses good communication and presentation skill.
Degree with 1 year experience or Diploma with 2 year experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in DDUGKY projects is also preferred.
Experience person is better, Installing and configuring the networking, servers and storage system, Software and Hardware troubleshooting and repairs, MS Office, Customer-centric approach, Industrial certifications in the relevant area of expertise is preferred.
