We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive for our office located in infopark, Koratty, Thrissur.

To convert the calls to new business leads.
To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets.
Understanding client’s business requirements and their challenges.
Equip oneself with well-researched information about target prospects gather relevant corporate information.
Implement an outbound sales strategy with focus on prospecting and lead qualification.
Generating and qualifying new leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
Build a strong understanding of the sales process to have meaningful conversation with the clients.
To inform potential client's on the company’s products and services.
To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
Manage and track customer and transactional information in the CRM system.Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
To proactively support their manager by suggesting new ideas and questioning thinking where appropriate.
To refer to senior team members for advice and support.
Previous working experience in sales for 3+ years
Experience in Cold calling and on services.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized college/university
Excellent knowledge in customer research.
Strong inter-personal, organizational skills
Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills
Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
Proven track record in Achieving set targets.
Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying,
taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions asappropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
